Managing Director of Centrica Energy Group from 1997 to 2008, responsible for the development and operations of upstream gas and power generation assets, procurement for British Gas Retail and British Gas Business, trading and upstream/midstream business development.

Investment Manager for the Meridian Group of Companies, a private investment company. Mr. Wilson was the Founder and Manager of RAB Energy and RAB Octane listed investment funds from 2004 to 2011. From 1992 to 2003, he worked with Canaccord Capital London, an investment banking company, as Head of Oil and Gas, responsible for sales and Corporate Broking/Finance.

A highly respected international oil and gas analyst with over 28 years of capital markets experience and seven years of integrated oil corporate experience with Imperial Oil Limited and Gulf Canada.

Ms. Barker has held senior roles with a number of investment banking firms including Gordon Capital where she was a Director. Since 1996, she has focused on international oil and gas research and currently is President of Barker Oil Strategies Inc. She has extensive voluntary board experience including former Director of the US National Association of Petroleum Investment Analysts and former President of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Investment Analysts.

Ms. Barker holds an Honours B.Sc. (Chemistry) from Queen’s University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Mark McComiskey, J.D. is a Founding Partner of Vanwall Capital, LLC. and was a Managing Partner of Prostar Capital Ltd. He served as the Managing Director and also Co-Head of the Buyout Group at First Reserve Corporation, an energy-focused private equity firm.

Prior to this he was a Principal of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. He was an associate at the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP involved in structuring, negotiating, and documenting mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. McComiskey holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and an A.B. degree, magna cum laude, in Economics from Harvard College.

Twenty two years international business development and commercial experience most recently as Director and Head of the Commercial and Negotiations team for Marathon Oil. In addition to 10 years with Marathon, he has been in business development roles with Enterprise Oil, Premier Oil, GE Power Systems and Rolls-Royce Power Ventures. While at Marathon he also served as Managing Director for their Equatorial Guinea LNG joint venture.

He holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc Honours Civil Engineering from Leeds University. He is a chartered engineer having also spent six years with engineering consultancy Arup. He serves on the Board of AIPN currently as VP Model Contracts.

Ms. Lessard was appointed to the position of Corporate Secretary on September 1, 2016. She has over twenty years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry ensuring the integrity of the governance framework, being responsible for the efficient administration of a company, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and implementing decisions made by the Board of Directors. Ms. Lessard has held Corporate Secretarial and Executive Administration positions with Canexus Corporation, Zargon & Oil and Gas and Equatorial Energy Inc.
